Masa instalasi singkat DZL Coal Fired Steam Hot Water Boiler dengan umur pemakaian yang panjang
produksi
Boiler uap dan air panas seri DZL HD adalah silinder tunggal, rakitan tabung air, boiler rantai.Drum boiler disusun di sepanjang bagian tengah of boiler secara longitudinal.
Drum depan dan kedua sisi tungku air-wall tabung membentuk permukaan pemanas bercahaya, drum belakang dan sarang tabung antara tHeader membentuk permukaan pemanasan konveksi.
Economizer batubara dipasang di rtelinga ketel.
Setelah beberapa panas hasil pembakaran menghasilkan suhu tinggi fume diserap oleh tungku, asap mengalir ke permukaan pemanas konveksi tmelalui ruang bakar dan pembuangan keluar melalui cerobong asap melalui batubara economizer, pengumpul debu, dan kipas angin.
Fitur dan Keunggulan
1. Boiler rantai pipa air drum tunggal horizontal.Terdiri dari bodi atas dan ketel parut bawah.
2. Tata letak longitudinal untuk bodi boiler drum tunggal, drum boiler dengan tabung dinding air dua sisi dari permukaan pemanas radiasi ruang, terlepas dari permukaan pemanas konvektif di kedua sisi bundel pipa.
3. Drum internal benang asap conection pemanas permukaan pipa tabung api, lembaran tabung dengan tegangan rendah tanpa diperkuat pelat tabung lengkung.
4. Rantai titik parut gudang ke angin, penyesuaian volume udara ruang angin secara mandiri, parut pengaturan kecepatan stepless.
5. Bentuk struktur, bisa digabungkan di pabrik, juga bisa digabungkan di tempat kerja.
