HD Ketel uap tabung air kemasan SZL adalah silinder ganda, rakitan tabung air, ketel parut rantai.Dua silinder diletakkan di tingkat atas dan bawah boiler secara longitudinal di sepanjang bagian tengah.Bagian depan silinder atas dan tabung berpendingin air di dinding samping membentuk area pemanas radiasi di perapian.Sedangkan bagian belakang dan tube bank di silinder bawah berfungsi sebagai area pemanas konveksi.Econnomizer batubara dipasang di bagian belakang bolier.Sebagian panas asap pembakaran panas diserap oleh perapian.Kemudian panas pembakaran panas mengalir ke area pemanasan konveksi melalui ruang pendingin dan pembuangan di luar dengan cerobong asap melalui penghemat batubara, pengumpul debu, dan kipas angin.
